All of Smalley's standard catalog Wave Spring and Retaining Ring items are available for download in over 70 native and neutral CAD formats. Requested models are sent to you via email in a ".zip" format. Some firewalls may prevent receipt of zipped files.

Material designations (-S02, -S16, -S17, -PA) are not necessary in wave spring or retaining ring part numbers as CAD models do not change with different materials.
Smalley part numbers have no spaces, enter a dash between the series and the number.
Wave Springs
You can now download Wave Springs at any spring height. The default height offered is the catalog work height. Wave springs may be drawn at any height between the solid height and free height.
If no height is entered, the default work height will be sent.
The following Smalley wave spring series must contain 4 numbers after the series designation: SSR, SSB, RW (Ex: SSR-0050)
The following Smalley wave spring series must contain 3 numbers after the series designation: C & CS (Ex: C050-L1)
Retaining Rings
The following Smalley retaining ring series must contain 4 numbers after the series designation: FHE & FSE (Ex: FHE-0050)
The following Smalley retaining ring series must contain 3 numbers after the series designation: FH & FS (Ex: FH-013)
Other Smalley series vary in length , no "0" is required before the number (Ex: WH-50)
